Valerio Torda, CEO
Since December 2012, Valerio Torda has been the CEO of eXact learning solutions. Having received a degree in Economics from the University of Perugia, he has been working in management consulting since 2000. Valerio has extensive experience in business organization, internal auditing and M&A. Familiarity with managing complex projects in strategic planning, organizational development and as start-ups - in Italy and abroad - completes his profile. Valerio is also in charge of management control and development of new business in Lattanzio Group.
Andrea Bocchio, Director of Product Development and Professional Services

Andrea Bocchio has been Director of Project Management and Professional Services of eXact learning solutions since 2008. His professional background includes working for Philips Semiconductors from 1996, and NXP Semiconductors from 2006. Bocchio has worked as SW Developer, SW Team Leader and finally Project Manager for Consumer electronics product development projects (i.e. Flat TV, Digital TV, Digital Set Top Box). Since 2004 Bocchio has worked as Project Management Officer, responsible for the customer project realization process definition and for managing company enterprise project management systems. Bocchio holds an MS in Electronic Engineering, PMP.
Lisa Pilati, Director of Content Production

Lisa Pilati received her degree in Educational Science, & Learning and Training Processes in 2001 (specialization in eLearning and New Technologies). She has been working with eXact learning solutions, since 2000. Pilati has been involved in different national and international learning projects as Instructional Designer, then as Coordinator of Instructional Design, and Project Manager. In her current role as Director of Content Production Pilati is in charge of the content production process and team. Duties include project planning, workflow management, quality control, resources assignments and coordination.
Davide Palummo, Director of Sales, Italy
Davide Palummo entered eXact learning solutions in 2002 as the Sales Director. He has demonstrated effective team building skills and the capacity to work towards and meet corporate objectives, allowing for the growth and positioning of the company as a leader in the Content & Knowledge Management and Technology Based Learning sectors. Palummo began his career with CM Sistemi Group as the Northern Italy Director, implementing important strategic projects offering software solutions and services to Public Administration with particular focus on the Justice system. For more than 15 years he worked in Business Development, demonstrating high efficiency and effectiveness in customer care, especially in the process of Change Management, supporting client in the adoption of new technologies.
Fabrizio Giorgini, Director of Research and Development
Fabrizio Giorgini has a PhD in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. He joinedeXact learning solutions in 2000. Since 2003 he has been the Director of the R&D department where main research focuses on advanced technology (e.g. RFID, NFC, mobile, wearable computer, virtual and augmented reality) for the authoring, publishing and visualization of multimedia and interactive learning contents. Giorgini has more than 15 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination and raising funding of nationaland European Commission's projects. He is also a contributing member of IMS Global Learning Consortium and author or co-author of numerous papers published in international conference proceedings and journals.
