Albino Bertoletti became President of eXact learning solutions in 2010. Bertoletti started his career as the Director of the Brown Boveri Data Processing Center, followed by the roles of Sales Director for Rank Xerox and Sales Director and Directing Manager of Marketing and Sales for Commodore Computer. In 1992 Giunti Editore Group opened a new line of multimedia publishing with Bertoletti’s corporate participation. For ten years Bertoletti managed Giunti Multimedia and founded numerous companies in the area of communication, including Giunti Multimedia Entertainment and a television production company together with Riffeser Group. Bertoletti also founded Giunti Research, working in the area of research and development, funded by the European Community. In 2002 Bertoletti purchased L’Istituto Vendite Giudiziarie del Tribunale di Milano, which has become a point of reference for all the Istituti Vendita in Italy for its procedural and technological innovations. 

Lelio Canossa entered eXact learning solutions in 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer, and has acquired vast experience in the Information Technology market within international organizations and as entrepreneur. In this role Canossa has managed the commercial and financial processes within many ICT companies, most of them founded by himself. Always in search of new technological innovations and following his areas of interest, Canossa has managed GLAMM S.r.l., one the leading companies in the area of web portal and website creation. He is following also the activities of ASSINTEL, one of the more important association of software and ITC services companies. Canossa received his degree in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, specializing in computer science.

Fabrizio Cardinali, the founder and CEO of Giunti Labs, and now CEO of eXact learning solutions North America & Senior Vice President of Business Development of eXact learning solutions, is a leading expert – on an international level - in the Learning & Knowledge Management field. Cardinali is also the Chair of the European Learning Industry Group (ELIG), and holds official roles within a number of internationally recognized learning organizations. His expertise and innovation in this field make him a frequent key speaker at international conferences. Cardinali holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Andrea Bocchio has been Director of Project Management and Professional Services of eXact learning solutions since 2008. His professional background includes working for Philips Semiconductors from 1996, and NXP Semiconductors from 2006. Bocchio has worked as SW Developer, SW Team Leader and finally Project Manager for Consumer electronics product development projects (i.e. Flat TV, Digital TV, Digital Set Top Box). Since 2004 Bocchio has worked as Project Management Officer, responsible for the customer project realization process definition and for managing company enterprise project management systems. Bocchio holds an MS in Electronic Engineering, PMP.

Lisa Pilati received her degree in Educational Science, & Learning and Training Processes in 2001 (specialization in eLearning and New Technologies). She has been working with eXact learning solutions S.p.A, since 2000. Pilati has been involved in different national and international learning projects as Instructional Designer, then as Coordinator of Instructional Design, and Project Manager. In her current role as Director of Content Production Pilati is in charge of the content production process and team. Duties include project planning, workflow management, quality control, resources assignments and coordination.

Roberto Vaccaro joined eXact learning solutions as an R&D Project Manager, in 1999. From 2001 to 2003 he was R&D Head of Giunti Research, a privately funded research laboratory, and the Scientific Manager. From 2004 to 2007 he was the Chief Technical Officer, coordinating product and integration services design and development, and managing Product Development, Sales Support, R&D, Project Management, HR and International Administration areas. Since 2008 he has been responsible for company organization and processes. Vaccaro is author and co-author of several conference papers and referred international journalism and is member of IEEE Signal Processing and IEEE Computer professional societies. Vaccaro holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Genoa, Italy, and a PhD in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science and Diploma from the Business and Technology Department of the University of San Marino.

Davide Palummo entered eXact learning solutions in 2002 as the Sales Director. He has demonstrated effective team building skills and the capacity to work towards and meet corporate objectives, allowing for the growth and positioning of the company as a leader in the Content & Knowledge Management and Technology Based Learning sectors. Palummo began his career with CM Sistemi Group as the Northern Italy Director, implementing important strategic projects offering software solutions and services to Public Administration with particular focus on the Justice system. For more than 15 years he worked in Business Development, demonstrating high efficiency and effectiveness in customer care, especially in the process of Change Management, supporting client in the adoption of new technologies.
