Job Description:
eXact learning solutions is the new brand originated from former Giunti Labs, the leading provider of Online and Mobile learning content management and digital repository solutions for large corporate training and educational initiatives.

Our new organization in the North America territory has led to expansion opportunities within our sales organization in the Athens, Georgia, location for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales professional to market our leading online and mobile learning content management and digital repository solutions and learning content production services.

We are looking for highly-driven and self motivated individuals to join our Enterprise Sales Team selling our learn eXact LCMS and Harvestroad Hive DR solutions. We offer a compensation package which includes a base salary and commission plan.

The Software Sales Representative will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close and account care, including RFI/RFP management and new leads generation.

He/she will play a key role in the success of the North American subsidiary of eXact learning solutions. This is a quota-carrying sales position.

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute territory / account sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  • Establish close relationships and introduce our products to our largest customers providing onsite sales and business development support, product demonstrations and general support.
  • Coordinate with sales engineering support.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Ensure successful deployment of our products and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage assigned territory and/or assigned accounts.
  • Develop sales presentations and RFI/RFP responses.

Skills:

  • BA/BS degree is a must
  • Proven 3 to 5 years experience of relevant sales/ business development experience within large and complex Enterprise Software sales is a must.
  • 2 year minimum sales experience in Learning Content Management, Content Management and Corporate and Enterprise elearning Software beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to present effectively and to sell to high level Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and teamwork.
  • Ability to assist VARs as they sell solution to end users.
  • Experience in organizing trade shows and delivering events presentations.
  • Experience with Sales Force or other CRM applications.
  • Based out of the Atlanta Area, Georgia, the representative will need to travel about 50% of the time to customer locations in Georgia, the southeast and the US as needed in support of sales efforts and 50% to eXact Learning Solutions NA lead office in Athens
